Rockpools was built in 1911 and is ideally situated in a pleasant residential area yet is only a 5 minute walk from Hunstanton’s beautiful beach and a 7 minute walk from the town centre. The house has been sympathetically renovated yet retains many of the original features such as some of the fireplaces and sash windows, and makes a spacious and comfortable holiday home for either families or adults. Adult groups often visit to enjoy walks along the beautiful Norfolk Coast Path or fantastic beaches or to explore the numerous cosy pubs and pretty Norfolk villages. Our younger guests will feel at home here with Sky TV and a supply of games and books, and will love Hunstanton’s numerous family attractions. Parents can relax here with the pretty enclosed garden, cots, stairgates, highchairs and even a supply of children’s cups and plates,. We also supply a seasonal Welcome Pack so you can have a drink and a bite to eat after your journey, to get your holiday off to a great start. We will do our best to make sure you have everything you need for a wonderful and memorable holiday and look forward to welcoming you to Rockpools. |

DOWNSTAIRS Lounge/Dining Room. This is a long room with sofas, plasma TV with Sky channels, DVD player, pine coffee and lamp tables and open fire at one end. At the other end is a pine table and 8 chairs, a pine dresser and fireplace. Kitchen with handmade pine fitted units with granite worktop. Gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Table with 4 chairs. Door to back garden. Understairs storage area. Downstairs toilet and washbasin.
UPSTAIRS Bedroom 1 with Kings size black wrought iron bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 with King size antique pine bed, chest of drawers, built in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with twin beds, bedside cabinets, double wardrobe, fireplace (for decoration only). Bedroom 4 is a small room with adult size bunk beds. Bathroom with washbasin and bath with shower over. Separate toilet.
OUTSIDE To the rear is a pretty enclosed garden with patio table and chairs. To the front is a small paved garden. To the side is a drive with parking space for 1 car. Garage with parking space for 1 car, lighting, tumble drier.
